Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately. Term of Service may change without notice.2) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
3) If you do not click within 48 hrs of signing up you will have your account deleted.
4) Any member who joins just to click a few links to help their upline make a fast buck,and does'nt click at least a few times a week,will lose their account and the clicks the upline earned will be forefited and deducted from uplines earning from said member!
5) Due to the frequency of cheating by members from Asia I am forced to enforce this rule. Members from Asia must upgrade in order to get paid. and First purchase and upgrade must be through Alertpay.
6) You must post your payment in the payment proof section in the forum in order to recieve further payments. subsiquent proofs is required also!.
7) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
8) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice. If you are found to be a cheater on other sites I will assume you are a cheater here and you will be banned and lose any monies invested or balances.
9) Clicking for hire or click clubs (paying referrals for their clicks) is strictly prohibited. These referrals do not tend to upgrade or purchase advertisements they don't need to if someone is already paying them. This drains the site of resources and the Advertisers do not get quality veiwers. If you are a member that has been doing this you have 48 hrs to let your referrals know that you can no longer pay them that they must get paid through the site only or have your account suspended. You may use paid to sign up if you so choose but understand that this normally does not create active referrals but paying a referral to click for you is not allowed.
10) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
11) We retain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
12) We retain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
13) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
14) You cannot change your upline.
Admin can change upline.
15) Understanding and some Knowledge of the English Language is necessary as to the fact Ads are in English. Advertisers want people who are potential customers not just clickers.
16) You are responsible for the taxes you must pay with your earnings.
17) Foul language, abusive language towards other members, the admin or anyone on babybux will constitute being banned from this site. We here want your opinions but foul language and abusive behavior will not be tolerated on the site or in the forum.
