Kvclix admin introduce babybux to his member

Since the Babybux not allowing people for referral payback, I few week ago, I joined kvclix , and the administrator ask us to join under him and have referral payback, he also ask people to upgrade, so I upgrade my membership, right now, he recognize that he is not allow to give payback to referrals according to T.O.S. , The question is:

I think the administrator of kvclix should tell us clearly that Babybux not allow him to give payback however up to this moment, he never announce about this matter clearly, 2ndly he should give us a choice not to be his downline from the babybux site because the condition changed, but he still saying that babybux paying him well, but the fact is he is not going paying his downline.
I need to raise out all our member from kvclix that already his downline should have a choice of not to be his downline, but I don't think he will do that , or I directly ask babybux administrator, Can I remove from his downline? his referral link is (ref link removed). Simply because I don't want to earn money for him in babybux. Can I ask babybux's administrator to remove me from his downline?

You can pay someone to become a member and you can pay someone to upgrade but you cannot pay them for their clicks. If you were offered this then that is against the t.o.s if you were offered the two other deals then that is not against the t.o.s and whether you get paid by that admin is really up to him/her. I can not change everyones ref or who ref them because that would create chaos if everyone didn't like there ref. Please work this matter out with your admin on kvclix thank you.
